What type of conditions are treated?
All conditions! Chronic or acute pain including low back, hip, knee, ankle/foot, shoulders, post-stroke, post-fall/fall risk, MS, POTS, EDS, and pediatric conditions including CP, Down Syndrome/low tone, developmental delay, genetic conditions, and much more!
Do I need a medical doctor's script to participate?
You do not need a script for the first 60 days of treatment. Under the Code of Virginia § 54.1-3482, a certified doctor of physical therapy may evaluate and treat a patient for no more than 60 consecutive days after an initial evaluation without a referral from a medical doctor. After 60 days, a script must be present in order to participate.

If you have a pool at your house or in your community, I can come to you! Must be in Virginia.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee of $50.
I don’t know how to swim, can I do aquatic PT?
Yes! Sessions are performed in the shallow end usually in hip or chest deep water. Let me know if you are nervous about the pool and I will help you feel more comfortable.
Will my hair get wet?
It depends. Please let me know if you do not want to get your hair wet and I can accommodate.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you are comfortable in! Bathing suit is preferred but t-shirts/shorts are okay.
What should I bring?
Bring your bathing suit, towel, water bottle, and a change of clothes. If you prefer to shower at the pool, bring your shampoo/conditioner. Not provided at the pool. New patient forms must be completed prior to starting. New patient forms will be provided via email when scheduling.
